Development of an Information System & Online Platform for simplification and standardization of the procedures for licensing, use and reuse of the cultural stock of the Ministry of Education and Culture. & management of respective fees using open standards and emerging technologies
The project concerns capturing, simplifying, standardizing, modeling and creating an Information System with the corresponding development of an online platform for the digitization of the processes concerning:
- in licensing the production, reproduction and dissemination to the public, in any way and medium, of copies and depictions of monuments belonging to the State (photographs, filming, production copies, 3D scans, etc.),
- licensing for events in archaeological sites, monuments, historical sites and museums,
- in the payment, monitoring and management of fees that may arise from all of the above activities.
SECTION 1-Development of PS & Online Platform for the simplification and standardization of the procedures for the use of the cultural stock of the Ministry of Education and Culture. & management of the respective fees
The object of the project is the recording, standardization, simplification, and digital support, through an Information System that will be developed from the project, critical licensing and fee payment procedures, competence of the Ministry of Health. and O.D.A.P.
