Description:
The project aims at the development and implementation of a new process, an incentive-remuneration system that will focus both on rewarding individual performance in relation to team performance, in the context of achieving the organization's strategic goals. The main goals of the project are:
•The chargerewarding the executives of public bodies in a fair and consistent manner in relation to their achievements and "value" in the public administration system, either in the form of additional remuneration, or as participation in training programs by bodies of international prestige
•The motivation of public agencies, of the administrationand employees of the organizations to improve their productivity and achieve their strategic goals.
