- Development of a pilot flood warning research program in the artificial lake of the Upper Liosian City Park in the Municipality of Fylis. Services include predicting potential flood risks following heavy rainfall events. A hydrological simulation of the watershed will be carried out, as Mrand hydraulic simulation of existing rain collection projects, after taking into account climate change scenarios and then installation of an early warning system consisting of rain gauge stations and level sensors.
