Description:
The Information System "Register of Citizens" was established by Law 4483/2017 (Government Gazette A' 107/31.07.2017) and in particular in Part Four, articles 115 to 124. It was implemented with a view to serving the operational field of the Censuses and of the Country's Registries (including the SpecialistAthens Registry Office) as well as the provision of interoperability services (data only) to third parties when and if they would be ready to use them. It was put into production in January 2018.
The scope of the contract is analyzed in the following axes:
A. Reorganization of existingoperating infrastructure
B. Application functionality enhancement
C. Subsystems and architecture modernization / overhaul
D. Data completeness actions
