Description:
The subject of the study is to update the imprinting of the building and/M facilities of the physical object, the preparation of definitive study and application study (architectural and/M/study), the study of passive and active fire protection, the study of the building accessibility From the disabled and the issuance of the building permit with the required certificates and approvals, which will include all the renovation and repairs interventions of the "P. Theocharis" buildings - materials complex, as well as their building addition 12a.
VALUE VALUE - FINANCIAL - PRODUCTS OF CONTRACTION
The estimated value of the contract amounts to € 317,964.52 (without VAT) and includes the pre -prevailed fees of the following categories of studies:
1.104.416.71 € for a category (6) architectural study,
2.172.074.18 € for study category (9) mechanical, electrical,
For the additional payment (premium) of Article 15A hereof. Additional payment is paid by the timely completion of conventional object.
