Declaration of a tender of more than limits in sections for the project "Observatory for Coastal and Marine Tourism in the Mediterranean" and "Viewing Actions of Diving and Underwater Tourism ....Infrastructure and the provision of promotion and promotion services for the Coastal and Marine Tourism Observatory in the Mediterranean (hereinafter observed), as well as the actions of promoting and promoting the diving and underwater product of the country.
