Description:
Supply - distribution of water for the water supply needs of K.E.D. Samos (Special status agreement of article 230 of Law 4412/2016 - supply and distribution of water) Declaration for the conclusion of a water supply-distribution contract, pursuant to articles 264 & 230 of the law. 4412/2016 (Article 10 of Directive 2014/25/EU - Water) The object of the contract is the supply and distribution of water for the water supply needs of K.E.D. Samos. In total, it is planned to fill the tanks of the K.E.D. Samos with a maximum of 50,220 m³ of water.H expenditure is considered necessary, as the water supply of K.E.D. Samos is carried out by drilling, which due to the lack of rain in last winter's season does not yield the required quantity. The water supply shows a further decrease due to the increased migration flows and the existing population of the Structure. For these reasons, the transport of water becomes imperative, in order to ensure the daily and uninterrupted coverage of the needs of the residents.
