- The subject of this Declaration is the insurance coverage of ADMIE S.A., which will include the costs arising from the rejection and satisfaction of third party claims against the company ADMIE S.A. arising from her acts or omissions (as acts or omissions of ADMIE means the acts or omissions of the Board of Directors, the Managing Director as well as the executives/partners of ADMIE), as natural persons in the context of exclusively administrative decisions. DEA-526003 - Provision Third Party Third Party Liability Insurance Services for the Executives and Management of ADMIE S.A. The budget of the object of the contract for twelve (12) months amounts to €350,000.00, plus taxes. An option is provided, according to what is mentioned below for the renewal of the annual insurance contract, with the consent of the Contractor, for an additional twelve (12) months. Total budget amount: €700,000.00 plus taxes. The budget amount is indicative.
