• Description:
• The subject of the contract concerns the provision of services for the restoration of faults and the development of new functions for the ADMIE's Modesto measurement processing and certification system. The MODESTO system is used for homogenization and processing energy measurement data. In cases where source measurement data is incomplete or incorrect, MODESTO provides troubleshooting and correction tools. It also provides ways to populate and estimate metrics (eg using data SCADA / EMS and / or estimation algorithms) to create the final set of certified data on which the Energy Balance calculations will be performed. The system has been implemented using Oracle ADF Technologies, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle SOA & BPM and Java EE. ADMIE will provide the Contractor with access to source code and Devops tools. ADMIE will provide all available documentation, but the Contractor should have the appropriate expertise to performs reverse engineering whenever required.
