DEA-525055-DISABILITY AND MANAGEMENT OF KYVICHIOU-RESTORATOR IN ADMIE BUILDING IN THE CONTRACTION OF KONSTANTINOUPOLEOS 1 & KIFISSOU IN PERISTERI AND DISTRIBUTION OF TWO (2) PERSONS FOR THE SUPPORT
The subject of this Declaration is to provide services for operation and management Canteen-Restaurant Inside the facilities of ADMIE at the building at the intersection of 1 Kifissos Street and Kifissos Streets in Peristeri and two (2) people to support the operation of the canteen at the ADMIE building at the intersection of 89 Durres Streets & Kifi-Sos.
ADMIE SA, To serve the staff and its visitors to the building at the participation of 1 Kifissos 1 & Kifissos streets, it already has an organized canteen - a restaurant with the necessary operational equipment. The space is a total surface of two hundred and twenty o-rates (228m2) square meters (161m2 Ground floor and 67m2 loft) and, is intelligently divided into two main sections: one section is prepared and distributed by offering goods, while the other is the dining room where the employees of ADMIE SA lunch, with total service of sixty -four (64) seated people.
During the execution of the present and if required, the contractor is obliged by his own custody, responsibility and expenditure to obtain any supplementary equipment (machinery and mobile things) required for the proper and proper operation of the canteens/restaurant and the catering area, as well as to take all the installation and installation actions, a drafting protocol between the parties each time.
