Description:
The subject of the contract relates to certification services against the ISO 37001 corruption system that will be provided to bodies that will express interest, with a order of priority and until the project budget available. This Agreement has as The goal is to meet the needs of at least 35 bodies, without it being a binding minimum or ceiling. The project will be implemented through the following indicative rather than restrictive actions:
• "GAP ANALYSIS" divergence analysis of existing situation in relation to its individual requirements ISO 37001 certification.
The divergence analysis (gap analysis) includes:
Another analysis of the individual requirements of ISO 37001 certification.
Explanation of the existing status of compliance with the individual requirements as well as recognition of any existing security valves and measures which have been taken.
Recognition of gaps, shortages and findings as well as areas that need improvement.
Definition of improvement proposals and the implementation plan of actions to comply with ISO 37001 requirements.
• Perform Corruption Risk Evaluation Exercise (Bribery Risk Assessment).
