Description:
The Project concerns the construction of a two-storey building with a basement at the University of Ioannina, with a total construction area of 4,921.65 sq.m., which will include research laboratories, office support spaces, supporting rooms for training seminars and research procedures, specialized mechanicalphysical spaces, laboratory equipment, special laboratory equipment, E/M equipment, PV, audio-visual equipment, access control system, auxiliary service areas, sanitary areas.

It should be noted that the contractor's obligations include all costs for the full execution of all studies (main and supporting) and all works, completely finished, in accordance with the tender documents as well as any expenditure (studies and works) necessary for tthe execution of all works, even if this is not explicitly specified.
