Description:
The project is about constructionfrom biogas (BPE) as well as the supply of mobile MEA equipment. The normal operation of the unit for six (6) years is also included. DIAAMATH AAE reserves the right to unilaterally modify the contract in the part that concerns: (B1) the normal operation for an additional period of timeup to six (6) years, (B2) in works to expand the facilities and/or additional equipment to adapt the MEA to the new institutional requirements, (B3) in the operation of the works to expand the facilities and/or additional equipment and (B4 ) in the operation of the expansion projects of the facilities and/and additional equipment for an additional period of up to six (6) years (right of option).
