Partnership contract subject to execution:
Specifically, the subject matter of the Partnership Contract includes the modernequalization of existing infrastructure and the construction of new building complexes in the two campuses of Rethymno and Heraklion. Under the Partnership Contract, the Private Partnership Entity (IPS) is required to undertake the following:
(a) to carry out all the technical studies required, and to carry out all the actions and documents required; are required in order toensure the timely issuance of all permits and approvals provided for in the existing provisions. it will also carry out the refurbishment and refurbishment of their surrounding environment so that the above infrastructures and spaces are fully accessible.for exploitation and use, for the intended purpose.
