The project includes the provision of an integrated program of consulting services, horizontal as well as specialized professional training with certification, to 2,070 unemployed graduates of primary, secondary and post-secondary education in order to update their knowledge and skills.their qualifications, to receive specialized training in new specialties and to certify their qualifications with the aim of adapting them to the new development requirements of various leading sectors of the economy, improving their employability and their integration / reintegration into the labor markets in the Group of Regions No. 3 Attica and S. Aegean with an emphasis on the areas where the unemployment burden index is high and form pockets of unemployment.
