- The project includes the construction of a Solid Waste Treatment Unit, with a total capacity of 23,914 tons of Municipal Mixed Waste (MSW) per year. It includes all the necessary infrastructure and the supply of mobile equipment. It also includes the preparation of the application study, the prepurchase of mobile equipment, the trial operation of the project for 6 months as well as the normal 6-year operation of the project. The contract also provides for: a) Right of option for an additional six (6) years of operation of the project and b) Right of option for extension works of the facilities and/orinstalled equipment, according to the Technical description and the P/Y, as analyzed in the Pre-study and the Tender Documents of the project.
