Description: The auctioned Convention is a mixed contract within the meaning of Article 4 (4) of Law 4412/2010 and includes 2 distinct parties: (a) Part 1: the construction, supply of mobile equipment and a 6-month trial operation of the waste treatment plant (MEA); (b) Part 2: the normal operation service for six (6) years.
Given that the main object of the Convention is the construction of MEA, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 4 of Law 4412/2010, the Joint Convention shall be construed in accordance with the Project Conventions.
