Description: The project concerns the creation of hospitality structures on the islands of Samos, Kos and Leros (construction project), and maintenance services of facilities of the above structures. In Samos, the structure will be developed in the place "Zervou" of the Municipality of Eastern Samos, in an area of about 200 acres; in Kos, the structure will be developed in the area "Mesovouni" of the Municipality of Kos, in an area of about 67 acres, and in Leros , the structure will be developed in the location "Ormos Lakki" of the Municipality of Leros, in an area of about 63 acres. The maintenance services of the facilities concern all the electromechanical and building installations of the new structures, including the surrounding area, so as to ensure the conditions for their smooth operation.
