- Within the framework of the proposed Public-Private Partnership, the Private Partnership Entity (PPP) will implement the design, financing, construction or reconstruction, insurance, management and maintenance for a period of thirty (30) years of the project: "BUILDING COURTS OF LAMIA, VOLOS AND NEWKARDITSA COURTHOUSE WING AND RECONSTRUCTION OF THE EXISTING TRIKALA COURTHOUSE AND THEIR MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT THROUGH PPP".
In particular, the scope of the Partnership Agreement includes the construction of new Lamia and Volos Courthouses, the construction of a new wing of the CourthouseArou Karditsa and the reconstruction of the existing Trikala Courthouse, which includes the new buildings with their necessary equipment, the shaping of the surrounding area of the building facilities, as well as their maintenance and management.
