Description:
The project concerns the construction of a GES Weapons Storage Building, within the territory of the "Papagou" camp, joining the existing Building Complex of offices and services of the GES.
The two buildings will be functionally connected on the 2nd and 4th floors.
Based on the Building Program, the following are foreseenof use:
BASEMENT: Business room and IT facilities
GROUND FLOOR: Auditorium, Entrance with staircase and elevators
A', B', C', D' FLOORS: Offices and ancillary areas
E' FLOOR: Officers' Club with separate Lt. Generals' rooms and Anotata, food preparation areas, separate for clubsof Officers, Superiors and Chief.
For the construction of the building, construction and E/M works - installations (water supply - drainage - air conditioning - ventilation - strong weak currents - medium voltage substation - fire protection - elevators - lightning protection) are foreseen, as detailed referencesare mentioned in the respective technical descriptions.
