Description:
Section A includes the following works:
(a) Construction of the EEL Xanthi Sludge Drying Unit
(b) Supply and installation of all the electrical and mechanical equipment required
(c) all kinds of tests
(d) the location in an efficient operation and the 12-month trial operationof the projects
Section B includes the Normal Operation and Maintenance of the EEL Xanthi Sludge Drying Unit for a period of three (3) years
(a) the operation of the projects, in order to satisfy the performance criteria, which have been determined
(b) the maintenance of works: inspection and control, periodicor maintenance and corrective maintenance of all equipment
(c) the development of procedures for continuous recording of operation and maintenance activities, including the transport and disposal of the final product, with appropriate methods of presentation and reporting of these data
(d) the redevelopment of procedures and recording systems to deal with emergency incidents
