Description: The auctioned Convention is a mixed contract within the meaning of Article 4 (4) of Law 4412/2010 and includes two distinct parties: (a) PART 1: The construction, supply of mobile equipment and a 6-month trial operation of the waste treatment plant (MEA) B) PART 2: The normal operation of the project for six (6) years
