- Development of an area of 43 hectares, with the installation of a lighting, water supply, irrigation network, the construction of a cycle path of approximately 560.00 m, a pedestrian path of 500.00 m - with an integrated lane for the blind, a running track - along the cycle path, a skateboard track 880 ,00 m2, of courts for handball and beach-volley, playground and shading facilities (wooden pergolas). Also, the existing facilities of the municipal WCs will be repaired.
The study of the Technical Service of the Municipality of Alexandroupolis was prepared based on the approved land uses and the building conditions of the Masterplanof O.LA. and provides for the organization of the space, with various outdoor activities and utilization of the existing sand beach.
All interventions will be of a mild nature and no building works are planned.
