Description:
The object of the contract is the configuration, equipment and marking of spaces within stands 13, 14 and 15 of the Elexpo exhibition center in Thessaloniki, where the 19th Thessaloniki International Book Fair will be held, on 04-07 May 2023. The exhibition space will be available for thecondition of the structures, equipment and signage as of 08:00 am on Monday, 01 May 2023 and should be delivered to the Contracting Authority ready for exhibit placement at 08:00 am on Wednesday, 03 May 2023. The dismantling and removal of the temporary buildingsof the queues that will be created, the equipment and the markings will be done by the Contractor from 22:00 on the evening of Sunday, May 07, 2023 until 22:00 on the evening of Monday, May 08, 2023, when the area should be delivered empty
