- The scope of this Agreement includes:
(a) The exclusive provision by the Contractor of integrated services of liquid reception facilities of waste and cargo residues of the ships, which sail in the maritime area of responsibility of the O.L.L. S.A., as it exists today and such as this may be increased by possible mergers and/or mergers of other ports (hereinafter Integrated Services). In particular, the Integrated Services concern exclusively the execution of the required reception, transport and disposal of all types of liquid waste and residues of ship cargo produced by the operation, according to ANNEX I, II and IV of the MARPOL Board, of the ships that will approach the maritime area of responsibility of the O.L.L. S.A. and then their transport and final disposal at the Contractor's expense and expense, in accordance with the MARPOL international convention 73/78, the national and community legislation, as well as the approved Ship Waste Collection and Management Plan of O.L.L. S.A.
