Description:
The subject of the contract relates to the selection of a contractor for the supply of 27,000 of the nominal value of 10 (ten) euros each (or alternatively 54,000 of the nominal value of 5 (five) euros each) and 21,000 of the nominal value of 6 (six) euros each for the purchase of food products, to the staff of the National Opera, as defined in the employees' collective collective agreement of the National Opera Stage dated 05.04.2025.
A detailed description of the physical object of the contract is given to ANNEX I - Detailed description of Physical and Economic Object of the contract of this Declaration.
The species to be supplied are classified in the following codes of the Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 22413000-8 Commercial Offers, 30199750-2 coupons.
The contract will be executed in part, depending on the needs of the ELS that will notified to the contractor in writing. The execution of the partial order should take place no later than five (5) days of its notification to the contractor.
Time Redemption: 1 (one) year
Offers are submitted for all of the supply of species.
The duration The contract is set in one (1) month of its signature, so that the total feeding of the ELS should have been definitively received.
The estimated value of the contract amounts to three hundred and ninety -six thousand euros (€ 396,000.00).
