- Description:
- The project to be auctioned is located on the coastal road of the settlement of Platanas of the Municipality of Kymi-Aliveri, which is also part of the provincial road Ep.O. 8 Avlonari - Oxylithos - Platana - Paralia Kymi.
The project looks forward to the reconstruction and protection from erosion of the Beach roadfrom the wave action, with the physical object of this including:
(a) the construction of a new coastal wall in front of the existing one, which will also constitute the new coastal front of the settlement
(b) work on shaping the coastal zone with complete reconstruction paving and so onn infrastructures, as well as a coastal walkway with aesthetic interventions and
(c) marine coastal mechanical protection works, with the construction of breakwaters, transverse cantilevers and reconstruction of the southern pier.
