• Object of the framework agreement The subject of the framework agreement, which will result from this tender process, concerns the selection of a contractor or contractors for the provision of weeding, branching and tree cutting services in the abolished railway network of Peloponnese, in parts of the Prefectures of Corinth, Achaia and Ilia, as well as in the abolished railway network of Central Greece, in parts of the Prefectures of Larissa, Pieria, exclusively managed by GAIAOSE S.A. The services provided are classified under the following codes of the Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): • Weed clearing services: CPV 77312000-0, • Tree pruning: CPV 77341000-2, • Tree Cutting: CPV 77211400-6. Subdivision of the framework agreement into sections H this announcement is divided into two (2) sections, in accordance with the provisions of article 288 of Law 4412/2016, with purely quantitative criteria and with the aim of optimal and efficient provision of the service to the entire dismantled network, which is to the responsibility of GAIAOSE, in view of the need to clean it for the duration of the framework agreement, in the context of the strict fire protection measures that the Company observes as provided in the relevant legislation.
