- The purpose of this Agreement is to specify the terms and conditions under which the cooperation of the Intermediary Financial Organization with the Implementing Body (Technical Chamber of Greece) and the Financial Management Body (Hellenic Development Bank S.A.) will be implemented.with the aim of implementing the "Excoionamo 2021" Program (hereinafter "Program") of the Ministry of Environment and Energy, which is financed by resources of the Recovery and Resilience Fund.
The cooperating CSOs will use their own resources in order to provide loans in accordance with the termsof this contract and the program, with a subsidized interest rate of 100% and with a fixed repayment period. Also, the CSOs will take all the necessary actions to distribute the benefits according to the terms of the program.
