- Within the framework of the proposed Public-Private Partnership, the Private Partnership Entity (PPP) will carry out the design, financing, construction or reconstruction, insurance, management and maintenance for a period of thirty (30) years of the project: "BUILDING AND REBUILDING HERACLEIA COURT HOUSEEVI OF RETHYMNO COURT AND THEIR MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT THROUGH SDIT". In particular, the scope of the Partnership Agreement includes the construction of the new Heraklion Courthouse with its necessary equipment, the reconstruction of the existing Rethymnon Courthouse, theof the surrounding area of the above building facilities as well as the maintenance and management of these Courthouses.
