The area under study is of primary importance for the city of Kavala as it is the place of reception for visitors, from the eastern entrance to the city, it is the area that hosts a partially organized beach, recreation and catering, there are green spaces, viewing points, etc. a. This projectwhich aims to improve the business environment of the Municipality of Kavala in the area of the coastal zone which is also the main pole of attraction for permanent and periodic users. Strengthening the attractiveness of the area, through a series of configurations and highlights, will contribute to developmentdevelopment and upgrading of the city as a whole.
With the said contract award, the following will be implemented:
Topographical Study, Special Architectural Study [Architectural Study of Free Space Configuration, Static Study of Special Constructions, Road Construction Study Interchange Study, Electromechanical Study, MHydraulic Works study, Plant Engineering Study, SAF-FAU Study, Tender Documents, Necessary permits
