Description:
The object of the project is the supply, installation, parameterization, maintenance and provision of a "good operation" guarantee of a new, integrated Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), replacing the existing "Livelink", for all the circulating documents of AADE, with the aim ofupgrading the administrative capacity and operation of the Authority's services. The new SIDE will cover the needs of all the organizational units and executives of AADE, taking into account the organizational structure, the operational needs, the existing infrastructure, the existing handling proceduresand exchange of information and the control procedures, as they have been reflected in the relevant decision of the Commander of the AADE and the new Security framework of the Contracting Authority. The 2-year maintenance is provided after the end of the warranty period and in the context of activating the optionprovision is made for an additional 3-year maintenance period after the end of the 2-year maintenance period.
