The purpose of the present is the upgrading of the irrigation infrastructure of the CHALASTRAS-KALOHORIOU TOEB, examining ways of effective utilization and saving of water resources through the automated control of the transmission/distribution networks, in such a way as to reduce the totalwater losses in networks. The objective of the Contracting Authority is to proceed with actions so that:
1. To upgrade the quality of the provided irrigation services by ensuring:
• Sufficient Water Quantity
• Sufficient Water Pressure
2. To ensure the required supply, minimizing losses and maxwebizing the correct management
These actions are aimed at optimizing the management of water resources and irrigation networks with an emphasis on environmental protection, the quality of services provided and sustainable-sustainable development.
