It concerns the assignment of an agreement - a framework for the control of existing bridges.
The terms of the agreement as well as the main features of the subject of the individual studies of the framework agreement refer to the issue of technical data issue
Economic operators are required to submit of technical and financial offer, to study the technical elements of the project, and their financial offer includes their total remuneration for all of the object to be assigned, as specified in the Public Convention file. It is presumed in this respect that the contractor took into account, During the study of the Public Convention dossier, the possibility that the quantities of physical object units referring to in the pre -pre -acclaimed issue will not correspond to the final quantities required to prepare the study and shaped its financial offer accordingly. If there are differences, Articles 186 and 337 of Law 4412/2016 apply.
