Description:
The studies to be commissioned aim at the design and licensing of the extension of the existing promenade of the Old Beach, which forms the beach front of the historic center of the city, with a wooden deck on piles (deck), in order to address the problem of limited movement spaceof pedestrians and bicycles, with parallel: a) remodeling of the wider environment of Niki Avenue, based on the modern requirements of art and science, as well as the principles of bioclimatic-environmental planning, and b) control and maintenance - reinforcement, depending with pathologyhis son, of the existing bench. The project as a whole is part of the strategic planning of the Municipality of Thessaloniki to upgrade the natural, cultural and urban environment of the city.
