Announcement of a Public electronic open tender above the Community borders, through ESIDIS, with object the PROVISION OF NUTRITION SERVICES TO THE PATIENTS AND ATTENDING DOCTORS OF THE HOSPITAL to meet the needs of three years (3) with an option - to extend for an additional year.
The object of the contract is the provision of FOOD SERVICES TO PATIENTS AND PHYSICIANS HOSPITAL.
Offers must be submitted for all requested ready meals.
The estimated value of the contract for three (3) years amounts to €7,869,546.00 including VAT 13% (estimated value without VAT: €6,964,200.00, VAT: €905,346.00).
The estimated value of monomer extension (option) of one (1) year amounts to €2,623,182.00 including VAT 13% (budgeted value without VAT: €2,321,400.00, VAT: €301,782.00).
The total estimated value of the contract (including extension/option) amounts to €10,492,728.00 including VAT 13% (estimated value without VAT: €9,285,600.00, VAT: €1,207,128.00).
The duration of the contract is set at three (3) years from the signing of the contract, with the right to extend the contract for an additional year.
The contract will be awarded on the most economically advantageous basis offer view, based on price only.
The tender will be conducted with the open procedure of Article 27 of Law 4412/16, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 107-109A of Law 4412/16.
