Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of soft drinks-juices-alcoholic-waters, ice-creams, coffee and related items-standard products-snacks-food-ice creams and bakery items.
It is noted that:
The quantities of the items to be supplied, as mentioned in Appendix 1 hereof, are eindicative, they can be changed within the financial limits of each branch of the specific group, and in no way bind the contracting authority, as their absorption will depend on demand and also on the time of signing the contract. The contracting authority is not underobliged to consume the total quantities and amount of each group. The indicated quantities of the packages are the minimum acceptable.
