Announcement of Electronic International (over the limits) Tender for the Project entitled: Development of Digital Archive Services of the GIS Action with ID 16778 Digitization of archives and related services MIS: 5226516 The physical archive of the General Secretariat of Citizenship from the 1st meeting of the Council of Citizenship in the year 1931 to today is estimated at 85,000,000 pages and is kept in Attica and its Regional Offices in the rest of Greece, as well as in the seats of former Prefectures. In order to preserve and utilize the historical archive of the General Secretariat Citizenship since 1930 for reasons of historical, political and scientific research and in the context of the promotion of e-government through the digital transformation of its services and functions, it is necessary to digitize, document and electronic archiving of the institution's physical record in such a way that it is accessible for review, study and processing. At the same time, the integration of GI's digital services is based on the digitization and creation of a current digital one file that is expected to facilitate the provision of services and upgrade their quality.
