Description:
This Agreement concerns the provision of Quality Audit Counseling Services (ESPEL), which was established by Law 2372/1996 (Government Gazette A '29/28.02.1996), Article FIRST, paragraph 4.
ESPEL has as its primary responsibility to carry out sampling of quality verification in public works which They are executed by bodies in the wider public sector and co -financed by the European Union. Under this Convention, ESPEL's checks will focus on infrastructure projects that are included and funded by NSRF resources of the programming period 2021-2027, programmatic 2014-2020 and the 2007-2013 programming period.
In each controlled project they mainly concern:
A. Field Jobs conducted at the project site or on the project construction site or the means of transportation of materials or storage areas or in production areas and supply of materials (plants / production plants / receiving sources),
