Description:
This Agreement concerns the provision of Consultant Control Consultant (ESPEL), which was instituted by Law 2372/1996 (Government Gazette A '29/28.02.1996), article "FIRST", paragraph 4.They are executed by bodies in the wider public sector and co -financed by the European Union. Under this Convention, ESPEL's checks will focus on infrastructure projects that are included and funded by NSRF resources of the programming period 2021-2027, programmatic2014-2020 and the 2007-2013 programming period. Each controlled project mainly concerns:
a. Field work conducted at the project site or on the project construction site or the means of transportation of materials or in storage areas or in the premisesProduction and supply of materials (plants / plants / receiving sources),
b. Model laboratory tests in an accredited quality control laboratory available and operates under the responsibility of ESPEL. In accordance with Article 1 (5) of the CY.
