Description:
The project concerns the study and construction of all the necessary building and electromechanical works, for the addition of two (2) floors in height, to the existing ground floor (with 3 basements) building of the Emergency Department (Emergency Department), for the creation of new Surgeries and Central Sterilizationat the General Hospital of Nicea "AG. PANTELEIMON".

The project under auction concerns 1) Addition to the height of the 1st floor, with a total gross area of approximately 1300 m2, which includes the auxiliary areas of the Surgeries (dressing rooms, offices, rest areas, etc.) with an area of approximately 350 m2, a Central Sterilization complex with an area of approximately 400 m2 and IT facilities areas with an area of approximately 550 m2, 2) Addition to the height of the 2nd floor, total mixed epiarea of approximately 1300 m2, which mainly includes 9 aseptic operating rooms, resuscitation unit, entrance areas - reception - reception of patients and transport to the aseptic zone, nurses' areas, sterile material storage areas and impurity collection areas 3) Horizontal and vertical nodesof traffic, with a total gross area of approximately 530 m2, to connect the complex of new operating theaters and central sterilization with the main building of the hospital and the T.E.P., where a new staircase, new elevators and waiting areas for attendants will be placed.
