Description:
The object of the Action is the implementation of an Action Plan which includes actions for the development of knowledge and skills and the upgrading of the professional qualifications of 475 employees and seasonal employees, in thematic items related to the branches of the Smart Strategyof Specialization (RIS 3) of the North Aegean, such as innovation, the management of technological changes, extroversion, supply chain management and the utilization of ICT. The area of application is the whole of the North Aegean Region. The aim of the project is to upgrade the qualifications ofof the 475 benefiting employees and seasonal employees in order to meet the modern requirements for familiarization in innovation and ICT issues and in particular in issues related to the branches of the Strategic Smart Specialization (RIS 3) of the Northern Aegean, i.e. tourismtissue sector and the agri-food sector.
