This contract is divided into the following sections:
GROUP 1: Maintenance pumping stations, estimated value €78,160.00 plus 24% VAT.
GROUP 2: IT maintenance of fountains and other automation, estimated value €89,000.00 plus 24% VAT.
GROUP 3: Maintenance and repair of air conditioners with an estimated value of €230,816.00 plus 24% VAT
GROUP 4 : Maintenance and repair elevators with an estimated value of €183,000.00 plus 24% VAT
GROUP 5: Maintenance and repair of H/Z with an estimated value of €15,280.00 plus 24% VAT
GROUP 6: Maintenance of a swimming pool at the EEEEK with an estimated value of €140,000.00 plus 24% VAT.
GROUP 7: Maintenance of hydraulic-electrical installations and radiator network with an estimated value of €37,640.00 plus 24% VAT.
Offers are submitted for one or more groups but in any case for the set of services described in each group.
The maximum number of SECTIONS that can be awarded to a tenderer is set at seven groups.
