Description:
SUPPLY OF LIQUID FUEL TO THE STUDENT HOSPITALITY OF ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY I.NE.DI.VI.M.
The object of the contract is the selection of a contractor/contractors for the supply of motor oil and heating oil, in order to cover the needs of the Student and Study Centers of Administrative Responsibility of I.NE.DI.VI.M., for a period of time from the day after the date of signing the contract until 12/31/2026 or until the budget amounts are exhausted.
The items to be procured are classified under the following codes of the Common Vocabulary of public contracts (CPV): 09135100-5 and 09134100-8.
OR contract is subdivided into five (5) Departments, based on geographical criteria. The budget of each Department is formed by the sum of the separate budgets - commitments of each Student Residence. It is clarified that within this total budget of each department, the financial offers should at the same time not exceed the individual budgets of each Student Residence.
Offers are submitted for all the services herein or for any Section or Sections thereof.
The estimated total value of the contract amounts to €803,296.46 not including VAT 24 % (estimated value including VAT: €996,087.61).
The initial duration of the contract is defined from the day after the date of signature of the contract until 31/12/2026 or until the budget amounts are exhausted.
