- The subject of the contract is the appointment of a contractor for electricity (Low Voltage and Medium Voltage) for the supply of the Hellenic Post Office (ELTA) Branches and Buildings throughout the Territory, in accordance with the provisions of the laws governing the electricity market Msthe other legislation.
A detailed description of the physical object of the contract and the obligations of the contractor is given in Appendix I "Description of Physical and Economic Object" of this announcement.
AE Hellenic Post Office (ELTA) reserves the right to increase or decrease the objectone of the tender, in this case, will accordingly modify the amounts of the guarantee letters of this Declaration, and the fee will increase/decrease accordingly.
